Ingredients
  

Inside Roll:

  • 1 full-size sheet of nori (seaweed)

  • 3 avocado slices
  • 2 cucumber strips (click right here for a guide)

Outside Roll:

  • Five to 7 pieces sushi ebi (cooked and butterflied shrimp)
  • Spicy mayo (elective, for topping)

Instructions
 

Prepare Your Ingredients

  • Remove sushi ebi from the packaging and lightly rinse underneath bloodless water. Pat dry with a paper towel and slice off the tails, if preferred.

Layer the Nori and Rice
