  • Chicken Stock: 3 cups
  • Apple: 1 small, grated (for sweetness)
  • Soy Sauce: 1 tbsp
  • Vegetable Oil: 2 tbsp

  • Pickled Ginger or Fukujinzuke (elective garnish)

Prepare the Ingredients

  • Dice the chicken, peel and chop vegetables, and grate garlic, ginger, and apple.

Sauté the Aromatics
